Ouch. I gel with looking beyond western europe and I know that climate change needs to be adressed on a structural rather than individual level. BUT 10 hour flights for weekend trips still sound wack in my ears and not very gaia-friendly, sorry!
If we’re on a flight for ~10 hours we’re gonna find it pretty hard (not to mention pretty profligate Gaiawise) to not stay at the destination a week minimum
I love a loafer, and can attest that you can rock them consistently without becoming a "loafer guy." Just like you can hit the gym without becoming a "Gym Bro," or you can wash your face without becoming a "Looksmaxxer."
Great interview that reminds me of how subjective our tastes are. For years I was extremely anti-loafer. Then something changed, I don’t know what but when I see someone out rocking loafers these days I think it looks amazing and it brings a smile to my face. And when someone pulls off tassels it’s even better.
Every year for the past 15 or so I've said i'm not wearing shorts and t-shirts everyday during the summer. These declarations are made around now and in a few months these declarations are made ridiculous by the reality of the southern united states climate

If the plane is already traveling there, I don't really know how this makes a difference.

I've wound up firmly in camp loafer, at this point tying laces seems like a chump's game.

⚖️
If I only had one pair of shoes it would be black Alden tassel loafers.
I feel similarly, but I know it’s because I dig tassels, they’re such an endearing accent
Loving the pro expressive headwear continuation. More fellas need to embrace the sensation of head whimsy.
Nobody is cool.

I feel you, especially as a guy who runs hot, but having worn flowy lightweight linen in several heatwaves it’s not impossible to “go long”
Solid convo
I thought bright beanies originated at FIT pre-pandemic? Pre-orange-letter-and-camo but similar high-vis roots
Shorts are good! Just get nice shorts. There’s too much stigma around men showing skaan.
Are we due for a summer hard sole shoe discussion? apologies if I missed!
Love the point about color in the wardrobe!
100000% agree with the couscous and general Morocco takes
"Short-sleeve shirt and short pants, you look like you’re on your way to daycare." So "Rome/Milan in the summer", we need more of that energy in NA.
