that seems to apply if you are an importer, not a customer buying a pair of shoes
who did you get them from, and who is the shipment carrier?
it's possible a box was checked that shouldn't have been, and needs to be corrected
there's all kinds of import screwiness thanks to the current administration, so i may be wrong, but pretty sure they're not requiring people who buy shoes from abroad to fill out this kind of paperwork
Oof, sorry to hear about the headache - I'll send this to Tarvas but it might be worth dropping them a line yourself too, since they'll have your name, order #, etc. The one time I ever had anything similar, the clothesmaking sender fixed an error (with DHL) and it cleared up right away

awesome, thanks for grabbing a pair. as far as how much you wanna try and keep them pristine or cook 'em, it's up to you - it's definitely not the kind of shoe that needs to be "box fresh" to look good. the "gorpy" vibes accommodate cooking 'em IMO, and as a practical matter the repello suede can definitely sustain some wear (it will only look nicer and patinate with time) and can sustain some moisture too - i've taken them on wet trails - though i wouldn't take them out in a rainstorm
I am a sucker for green shoes, after stumbling into a pair of hemp Stan Smiths in my teenage years, AND love a minimalist one piece construction, so this feels like it was made for me. Picked up a pair at Ven.Space this afternoon and loving them. Particularly enjoying the depth of the green, hitting like a rich brown in some light, and genuinely mossy in others. Though, take that under suspicion as it could just be due to my unfortunately defective cones (i.e color blindness).
It’s amazing how much they change depending on the light — and I (Jonah ) am colorblind too 🫡 thanks for picking them up, glad you’re digging them Jared

Got them from the website drop.
Fedex said they’re going to reach out to them to resolve.
Shoes are being held until 12/9 then sent back if not filled out.
Not a big deal at all. Small brand with heavier than usual traffic hiccups happen.
Just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience and best way to resolve.
